This policy explains what data My Zen Message handles and how. My Zen Message is operated by Vlad Zenith, an individual based in Serbia.
What we collect when you buy or book
When you make a purchase, PayPal collects your name, email address, payment details, and (for the physical deck) your shipping address, so your order can be fulfilled. We do not store your payment information. We receive confirmation of your transaction, and for physical orders your shipping address, so we can deliver your order.
If you book a session through Cal.com, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and selected time slot to confirm and manage your booking.
If you contact us through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can reply.
What we collect when you join the waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address (and your name, if you choose to give it) and pass it to EmailOctopus, our email service provider, who stores the list and sends its emails. You join the list only after you confirm your address through the email we send you (double opt-in). Every email we send to the list includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
Third-party services that load on our pages
Some pages load services provided by other companies. These services may set cookies or receive technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) when their content loads:
- PayPal — loads on the store and booking pages to process payment.
- Cal.com — loads on the booking page to manage scheduling.
- Web3Forms — handles contact-form submissions.
- hCaptcha — loads on the contact page to protect the form from spam and abuse. To do this it may receive technical data such as your IP address and browser information.
Each is governed by its own privacy policy. We do not control the data they collect through their own services.
Cookies
We do not set our own tracking cookies, and we do not use analytics. Third-party services (PayPal, Cal.com) may set cookies when you interact with them on the store and booking pages, and hCaptcha may set a cookie when you use the contact form. These are necessary for those services to function and to prevent abuse.
How we use your information
We use your information only to deliver your purchase, ship your order, manage your booking, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your data or share it beyond what is required for payment processing, booking management, and replying to your messages.
How long we keep it
We keep order, booking, and enquiry records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet any legal or accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to its use. To make a request, contact us through /contact.
Third-party processors
- PayPal processes all payments. Your payment data is governed by PayPal’s privacy policy.
- Cal.com manages all session bookings. Your booking data is governed by Cal.com’s privacy policy.
- EmailOctopus processes waitlist signups and the emails we send to the list. Your data is governed by EmailOctopus’s privacy policy.
- Web3Forms processes contact-form submissions. Your message data is governed by Web3Forms’ privacy policy.
- hCaptcha provides spam and abuse protection on the contact form. Data it receives is governed by hCaptcha’s privacy policy.
